Complicated vacuum structure and electromagnetic properties of constituent quarks

The effects of the complicated vacuum structure in QCD can be described by an effective Lagrangian. This Lagrangian in the presence of an electromagnetic field is found and makes it possible to determine the electric charge and magnetic moment of the effective quark.
