In the framework of the renormalization-group approach in the theory of developed isotropic turbulence the matrices of the renormalization constants and critical dimensions are calculated for all systems of mixed composite operators that occur in the energy and momentum conservation laws. It is shown that to all observable quantities there correspond renormalized operators possessing critical dimensions; all these dimensions are calculated.
