With allowance for the interaction of ions through the acoustic field of the neutral component in a weakly ionized plasma and on the basis of the nonlocal statistical approach, a theory of the existence of spatially bounded plasmoids maintained by their own forces is constructed. It is shown that the configuration is stable against volume and surface perturbations.
