Separation of two-particle Coulomb singularities in a system of three charged particles

A system of three charged particles is studied. A regular system of integral equations is obtained for the problem of scattering by a bound state below the ionization threshold. The kernels of the equations are expressed in terms of only the solutions of the two-particle problem.
