The functional integration technique is used to solve the scattering problem in quantum-field theory with a static nucleon and charged me sons under the assumption that the constant $\hbar/g$ is small. In the same quasiclassical approximation, the $\tau_i$-matrices are “disentangled”. The solution is represented in the form of a main term containing the large constant $g^2/\hbar$ and the corrections to it of order $\hbar/g$.
