According to relation (3) and to D’Alambert-Lagrange principle generalised Noether’s theoreme is derived. This theoreme can be applied to catastatic cases. Dynamical laws appear as a consequence of invariant kinetic energy according to particular transformations of cartesian coordinates and time.
