A few additions to Lech Maligranda's article about Izydor Blumenfeld

The article brings corrections and additions to Lech Maligranda’s work on the life of Izydor Blumenfeld (1882–1944) and the environment in which he functioned. The correction primarily concerns errors in Blumenfeld’s parents’ biography. The article also analyzes Juliusz Kępski’s letter, which provides additional information regarding the participants of the discussion salon led by the Blumenfeld couple. Finally, attention is drawn to the close relationships that connected Blumenfeld with eminent biochemists Jakub Parnas and Paweł Ostern.
