The normal Hankel problem is to characterize matrices that are simultaneously normal and Hankel. It is shown that the descriptions of all classes of normal Hankel matrices can be regarded as constructive procedures. A parametrization of the available classes is performed; that is, a set of parameters is proposed whose values allow one to uniquely determine a matrix belonging to this class.
