The perturbance of a harmonic plane wave by an obstacle, arising in a fixed point is considered. This obstacle expands and creates a wave with spherical front. The analitical expression of the scattered wave field in a small neighborhood of the wave front is obtained as in scalar as well in electromagnetic case.
