Simple analytic formula for geometrical spreading and factor $Q$ of $P_n$ waves, propagating near the Moho is derived. Boundary layer theory and asimptotic expansions the small parameter: the ratio wave length to effective radious of curvature of Moho, are used. Bibliography: 6 titles.
