Dissipative semi-dynamical systems in $\hat{X}$, which is the metric space consisting of all bounded closed subsets of a metric space $X$, are considered. The results are applied to construction of a method for approximation of attractors corresponding to an inaccurately defined semi-dynamical systems in $X$.
