In the framework of a semiciassical quantization method the regularized free energy of the open and closed supersymmetric $p$-branes in flat $(D-1)$-dimensional space is calculated. The critical value of temperature is obtained. It is shown that properties of “bosonic” $p$-branes at $p=D-1$ coincide with ones for scalar massless particle.
