A new method of computation of theoretical seismograms based on space-time Gaussian beams is proposed and tasted on model problems. This method enables one to overcome caustic difficulties and to avoid numerical computations of Fourier-transform with respect to frequency. Numerical experiments prove that the method can be successfully applied to the computations of seismograms.
