In this article concentrated packets of waves discussed in the previous auther's paper “Quasiphoton in active media” are explicitly constructed for the case of one-dimensional wave equation with a small retarding argument. The concept of the “frequency of propagation” and relations between the change of this frequency along the ray and the parametres of the wave packet are discussed.
