The main term of the asymptotics of the spectrum in some problems of the theory of small oscillations of liquid, partly filling a vessel, is obtained, at first one problem of the general character is discussed – “the unlocal problem of Steklov's type”. Considered problems are connected with oscillations of capillary ideal (or capillary stratified) liquid, heavy viscous liquid, capillary viscous liquid; with oscillations of a liquid in a vessel with resilien bottom.
