One case of the generalized three-element boundary problem on the line

In the article an explicit method for the solution of generalized three-element boundary value problem in the class of piecewise analytic functions is given. The boundary condition of the problem is given on the straight line. The problem is solved in a closed form under certain constraints on the coefficient $b(t)$ of the problem.
