In this paper the mathematical model of a stationary problem of a seepage theory is offered. We assume, that the filtered non-compressible fluid follows the multi-valued anisotropic filtration law with limiting gradient. This problem is formulated mathematically in the form of variational inequality of the second kind. The existence theorem is proved.
