The developed software package for calculating residual stresses relaxation in the surface hardened layer of structural elements under creep conditions announced. Block of software package for calculating the fields of residual stresses and strains in the hardened layer of constructions (cylindrical samples) after strain hardening is described. The calculation produced by one or two components of the experimentally measured residual stresses.
