Reliability Estimation of Stochastic Heterogeneous Rod Constructional Elements by the Use of Parametric Failure Criterion

Methodology of calculation of probability of no-failure working life with one structural parameter was investigated on the basis of extension of Rabotnov's determinate creep equations. Residual working life method using conditional probability of no-failure operation for specific product is introduced.
