For the first time dependences $\alpha/f^2$ on frequency of ultrasound in wide temperature and frequency ranges where $\alpha$ – absorption of ultrasound propil acetate, that has allowed to calculate relaxation and thermodynamic parameters of the acoustic relaxation caused by internal rotation of groups in molecules under influence of a ultrasonic wave are received.
