The nonradiated recombination canals in the 77–250 K temperature interval for the ${\rm Pb}_{1-x}{\rm Sn}_x{\rm Se}$ laser diodes were determined on the basis of analysis of the experimental temperature dependencies of “the resistance in zero”.
