Research of residual stresses relaxation in surface hardened layer of gas-turbine engine disk hole

The general method for calculation the residual stresses relaxation in surface hardened layer of cylindrical concentration in the construction elements for the plane problem under creep conditions is described. The residual stresses relaxation problem for surface hardened layer of circular hole concentration for the gas-turbine engine disk is solved. It is shown that the residual stresses for some time have the “beneficial” effect maintaining the negative sign in the hardened layer.
