The results of mathematical modeling of aerosol formation transition in rugged topography conditions using the verificated mathematical model are analyzed. The results which allow the preliminary qualitative estimating of inclusions propagation impact in ground layer of atmosphere and deposition on the underlying terrain of rugged topography are obtained.
