Solution of the non-local problem for the hyperbolic equation in the closed form

The non-local boundary value problem for the degenerate hyperbolic equation in the area $D$, which is the union of two areas in the upper and lower half-planes, is examined. The proof of the existence and uniqueness of this problem solution is reduced to the question of the solvability of the singular integral equation.
