The matematical models of phase transitions in non-stable components of composite materials are introduced. The statistical averaging of non-linear systems of equilibrium equations for microheterogeneous media with non-stable components allowed to obtain the macroscopical definitive forming equations of deformation and to calculate the corresponding effective characteristics.
