In the paper optical properties of magnetic photonic crystals with structural defects are investigated. Relations that allow modelling of one-dimensional photonic crystal's properties are derived. It is shown that structures under consideration possess resonances inside a bandgap. A graph of electric field distribution inside a photonic crystal is given. An influence of magnetization on resonant properties. The advantages of using oblique incidence of light are also considered.
