The thermally simulated conductivity of indium and gallium monoselenides

The thermally simulated conductivity spectrum of the crystals of indium and gallium monoselenides has been measured over a wide rangetemperature range. The activation energies of trap levels in the forbidden zones of these compounds have been determined.
