The conductivity of glassforming substances

Two mechanisms of substance conductivity are considered in the paper. In one case glassing is accompanied by changes in ion activation energy, in the other – by changes in their volume densities in different structurally inhomogeneous regions. Satisfactory agreement with experimental data has been obtained.
