The table of random numbers in J. Janko's statistical tables is a sample from the table of M. Kadyrov's random numbers. The $\chi^2$-test was applied to this sample to test the deviations of sample frequency distribution from corresponding theoretical equiprobability distribution. Statistical analysis shows that these deviations are significant at the 0.05% significance level.
