              			The management of network infrastructures of swarm-like systems using network centric structures requires solving a wide range of problems of reliability and bandwidth. The problem arises from the use of different technologies and dissemination media in the construction and operation of infrastructure. Solving the complex problem of information infrastructure management and dispatching causes the problem of accounting for many dynamic, heterogeneous characteristics. For the most part, the characteristics are stochastic, which in turn further increases the level of complexity of the problem, emphasizing the already high level of its relevance. The article provides a solution to the problems of optimizing information logistics in systems built on the principle of "swarm"using network-centric control in a stochastic formulation. Solving the complex task of managing and dispatching information infrastructure raises the problem of taking into account a variety of dynamic, heterogeneous characteristics. For the most part, the characteristics are of a stochastic nature, which in turn further increases the level of complexity of the problem being solved, emphasizing the already high level of its relevance. The set of stochastic models completes a similar list of deterministic models and makes the system as a whole as complete, without excluding the possibility of supplementing the composition of the informative description of the input factor space and the output - criterion. Solving real-time problems in the paradigm of logistics information technology, when circumstances require not just a solution, but the fastest, most balanced and at the same time the most effective approach, the need to develop new methods of applied mathematics and informatics. These methods include such problems as the theory of timetables, solution of integer and nonlinear problems, network theory, study of problems in fuzzy setting, modeling, decision-making under uncertainty with consideration of risks. On the basis of conceptual description, multi-agent model, is provided a complex of stochastic models of ensuring a guaranteed level of information exchange through communication channels in the following directions: a model of time loss minimization, related to the provision of information exchange (ensuring the criticality of information exchange in different situations); model of maximization of reliable functions of providing information volume; model of maximization of indicators of noise protection of transmitted messages (guarantee reliability of data transmitted via information channels under conditions of destabilizing effects of natural and artificial character); model of minimization of cost indicators of channels of information exchange.
