The problem of calculating the density matrix describing the processes of quantum neutrino creation, absorption and scattering by a rotating black hole. This result is used for constructing the generating functional which makes it possible to describe in the same way these quantum processes in an external field and study the spectra, mean values and correlation functions of some observables for various choices of the initial state of the system.
