In the two-dimensional approximation to which the asymptotics of fields in QED in superstrong magnetic field goes, the effective Lagrangian of $A^3(\nu\bar\nu)$ interaction is constructed. On its basis the process of radiation creation of neutrino pairs in photonphoton collisions is considered in the framework of GES model. Contribution of this process into the neutrino luminosity of collapsing objects is estimated.
