The time delay of radio signals due to gravitational effects is calculated in the framework of the relativistic theory of gravitation based on the concepts of Minkowski space-time and a gravitational field in the spirit of Faraday and Maxwell. It is shown that the result agrees with the known experimental data, whereas the corresponding result of general relativity in the Sehwarzschild metric does not.
