The method of ergodic relations is used in conjunction with quasi-averages to find the nonequilibrium statistical operator of weakly homogeneous states of a crystal corresponding to the “hydrodynamic” stage of evolution. An important role in the construction is played by the procedure of additional averaging over the unit cell of the crystal. Expressions are obtained for the adiabatic moduli of elasticity, the viscous stress tensor, and the thermal conductivity tensor.
