Interaction of a charged particle with an external electromagnetic field in the presence of a strongly singular potential

The method developed in an earlier paper by one of the authors to obtain Schrödinger equations with strongly singular potentials is generalized to the case when an arbitrary external electromagnetic field acts on the particle.
