Formulas for the number of zeroes of rapidly decreasing elastic forward scattering amplitude possessing the unphysical region and arbitrary number of poles are obtained. By means of these formulas the lower bound for the mentioned amplitude is found in a way which makes it impossible to be improved unless some additional information is exploited.
