Application of generalized self-consistent field method to collective excitations in the theory of superconductivity

The Coulomb interaction is taken into account by Bogolyubov's generalized self-consistent field method in the equations for collective excitations in superconductors. It is shown that the Coulomb interaction does not contribute to the collective excitations with negative projection of the angular momentum.
