On the basis of the strong energy-momentum conservation law, the induced singularities of mass distributions of unstable particles connected with cascade decay are investigated. The possible solution of the $CP$-problem in the decay of $K^0-\bar K^0$ mesons based on the mechanism of the induced singularities is proposed.
