Direct proof of the correctness of the generalized Pauli–Villars regularization

A simple direct proof is given for the fact according to which the generalized Pauli–Villars regularisation makes it possible to define rigorously the products of chronological, positive- and negative-frequency convolutions as generalized functions without any additional substractions.
