An invariant renormalization procedure for the supersymmetric gauge theories is suggested. It is shown that in the supersymmetric quantum electrodynamics all the divergencies are removed by means of the unified renormalization procedure for the wave functions and masses of the fields of matter and the wave function of the gauge multiplet.
