Kinetic equations for electron-impurity systems in the presence of bound states of electrons in impurities

In the framework of the description of non-equilibrium processes based on ergodic relationships for density matrix [1], the formalism is developed, which makes it possible to include in this description the phenomenon of bound states of electrons on the admixtures. Collision integrals describing the electron transitions from the states of free motion to bound states, are found.
