This article by the content and title is an extension of [1]. In the half-strip we consider problems for the equation, which is presented in [1]. Here one of its coefficients is zero. In this case the operator of the equation represents the composition of two first-order operators. The corresponding boundary conditions are added to the equation under consideration to obtain the correct problems.
