In this work, the material body containing the interface has been considered by applying the virtual work principle. The body is an immiscible mixture with properties such that the individual components of the mixture are physically separated at all times. The thermo-mechanical interface properties are completely different from the properties of the surrounding material. The presence of the material outside the interface is considered in the balance relations of the interface through the cracks of the three-dimensional fields.
