Mixed and prestressed structures are studied by taking into account the relaxation of the prestressing steel. One establishes the expression of the flow of shears starting from the known expression of the normal constraint. It has been demonstrated that the shear flow depends closely on the basis functions and the relaxation function of the concrete. These functions are obtained from the resolution of a single Volterra integral equation of the second kind containing the parameter depending on the reduced geometric characteristics of the section.
