Solutions of Hamilton-Jacobi equation on the zero level of energy for seminatural linear two degree of freedom system are found. With the help of these solutions asymptotic motion toward equilibrium position are analised. It turus out that under certain restrictions the analysis can be extended to nonlinear systems.
