The paper considers applications of the Noetherov theorem in nonlinear thermoelasticity. In this way, the obtained system of conservation laws is unique in the sense that the corresponding coordinate and temperature transformation groups are uniquely determined by them. In a special case, in the absence of temperature, the conservation laws are not linear in the theory of elasticity.
