In this paper, we consider the problem of finite elements of a momentless shell. Starting with the field equations and the governing equations of the momentless shells, and using the Galerkin procedure, derive the nonlinear equations of motion and heat conduction in finite element form. Then, using Taylor's development over time, these equations are linearized. Of course, as an example, by analyzing the equations describing the behavior of a linear thermoelastic momentless shell.
