The thermoelastic behavior of a two-component material in the field of infinitesimal deformation is considered. The two-component material is presented by introducing an intermediate deformable medium and a polarization vector. Kinematic connections and equations are derived. The potential junction is determined by taking into account the material symmetry. The obtained results are generalizations of the classic micropolar theory.
