Topological formulations in establishing flexibility matrix for space frames

This paper concerns the resolution of spatial systems by the flexibility matrix method, assuming that the nodes are rigid or with elastic restraints. To determine the transformation matrix, we use the node-tree incidence relations and contour sections. We make the analogy between "the node" of the method of the matrix of rigidity and “the contour” of the method of the matrix of flexibility which cancels the difference existing between the two methods, from all the points of view.
