Based on the first and second principles of thermodynamics, as well as the principle of the least thermodynamic force proposed by Ziegler, the derivation of non-linear equations describing the behavior of the assigned material in an external electromagnetic field. The obtained equations represent the basis for the construction of conjugate field equations in terms of state parameters.
